These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at spaceshots.tech (the "Site"), operated by Spaceshots Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Spaceshots", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site only if you are able to form a binding contract with us, are at least 18 years old, and will use it in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
These Terms cover your use of the Site only. Any paid engagement, project, or service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these Terms for that work. Submitting the contact form or communicating with us does not, by itself, create any binding engagement or obligation for us to provide services.

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, code, and the Spaceshots name and branding — are owned by Spaceshots Technologies (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. Client names, logos, and project materials shown in our case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or as permitted by law.
When you submit information through the Site (for example, via the contact form), you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorised to share it, and you remain responsible for it. We handle personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Access to the client portal, where provided, is subject to these Terms and any additional account terms we give you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.
The Site relies on third-party services (such as Cloudflare and Resend) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party services or the content, products, or practices of any linked site.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaceshots and its officers and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Spaceshots harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over the location of our registered office in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
